Take a large skillet and heat up some olive oil over medium heat and add thinly sliced flank steak and brown for about 3 – 4 minutes. After stir in broccoli cut up in florets and add the soy sauce mixture. Cook until tender and slightly thickened and serve right away.

Just preheat you oven to 350° F and take large sweet potatoes and place them on a baking tray and bake for about 55 -65 minutes or until a fork can be easily inserted into the potatoes. Mix together the cashew cream sauce, lime juice, and black pepper and put them aside. If you don’t prefer to use the cashew cream sauce you can use sour cream or plain Greek yogurt. While the sweet potatoes still have about ten minutes of cooking time left take a diced red onion and sauté it in a pan along with spices until the onion is translucent. Then add black beans to the skillet and heat through with the onion and set aside. After the sweet potatoes are done and have cooled some cut them open and mash the inside flesh with a fork so that it will be easy to scoop out. Take your black bean mixture, chopped avocado, and cilantro and spread into each sweet potato and top with cashew cream sauce. Serve right away.
