Grilled chicken breast into pieces and season in hot salted water and then bake with quinoa and green beans to prepare healthy meals!

Ingredients
- 2-3 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes
- 6 Tbsp. olive oil
- 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- Juice from 2 limes
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- fresh cracked pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large reusable bag, mix olive oil, vinegar, lemon juice, chili powder, sweet peppers, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
- Cut the chicken into cubes and add to the salt water. Throw to coat. Soak for two hours or a maximum of one night.
- Preheat oven to 400 ° F. Pour the seasoned chicken on a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the chicken is soft.
- Serve with cooked quinoa and lime green beans. Enjoy!
